The new HF4500 microplate reader is developed based on extensive experiences in practical application. Precautions
1) There should be a reliable power supply within the range of AC 220 V ± 10%, the frequency should be within 50 Hz ± 2%. Do not connect to 380 V voltages, and do not turn off the power during use.
2) Keep away from light, and store in a clean indoor environment away from strong electromagnetic fields.
3) Maintain the required humidity (30% -80%), and maintain a relatively constant temperature in the room (20-25℃ is most suitable).
4) Please use the standard 96-well ELISA plate for reading.
5) Do not leave the micro-well plate and cuvette in the instrument slot for too long time after the test.
Remove them from the instrument promptly after the test to prevent the solution from evaporating and corroding or damaging the internal optical path of the instrument. If a corrosive or volatile solution is tested, measure with a cover attached.
6) Should the instrument behave abnormally or does not work properly, contact the manufacturer immediately.
Do not disassemble or adjust the instrument.
7) The instrument can be cleaned by wiping it with 2% alkaline or neutral glutaraldehyde solution or 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate-ethanol solution.
8) In case of serious contamination, the instrument can be disinfected by the ethylene oxide disinfection method.
9) Please follow the printer instructions to select acceptable printing paper.
